Note: The number of sets is to allow for a good focus on refinining mechanics as well as getting some significant volume under load. The first 3 sets can be light to moderate. By the 5th set the weight should be challenging and loads shoulder near maximal by set 8. If you reach a max or fail a rep, reduce load for the remaining sets.
