Use a 0:06 lowering phase and a 0:04 lifting phase.

*FOR NO EQUIPMENT OPTION*

Use a back pack, or odd object to front squat at tempo


Limited Equipment WOD

20 Dumbbell/Kettlebell push presses

50 Kettlebell/Dumbbell swings

*If able to use 2 DB's/KB's that are moderate

to heavy then reps are as prescribed.

*If only 1 DB/KB then complete 20 reps per arm

No Equipment WOD

"Summer Shoulders"

2 Rounds for time:

20 Odd object or back pack push presses

50 Supermans (:01 pause at top)

*If able to use 2 odd objects or 1 backpack

that is moderate to heavy then reps are as prescribed.

*If only 1 object in 1 hand then complete 20 reps per arm

2:00 max rep seated paddle with PVC or broomstick
