Every 2:00 for 20 minutes

Back Squat

Set 1: 10 reps

Set 2: 8 reps

Set 3: 6 reps

Set 4: 4 reps

Set 5: 2 reps

Set 6: 4 reps

Set 7: 6 reps

Set 8: 8 reps

Set 9: 10 reps


On the backside, match the weight you did on the front side.


CORE AND STRETCH


3 Rounds (NOT for time):

20 Banded pulls to toes

20 Straight leg toes to kettlebell

1:00/1:00 Spiderman stretch

**Notes and Options:

The core accessory work is intended to work the core but to also have transference to a toes to bar. Move at controlled tempos during each rep.
