Every 1:15-1:30 for 10 sets:

3 Weighted strict pull-ups

Air squats @ easy pace with remaining time.



Choose 2 or do all 3 if time permits

6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps NOT for time:

Pike up + pike HSPU on box or HS walk into wall + HSPU


7 x 1 Wall walk + 0:15 handstand hold


5 x 10 Dumbbell shoulder press
