Handstand Skill Practice
10:00 to practice handstand holds and handstand walk variations
Spend 5:00 on holds and 5:00 on walks,
Consider 0:30 of work and 0:30 rest for each.
It might be fun to have a max hold or walk,
just be aware of the fatigue and the need to rest after.
