Option 1 *Do as many legless as possible before moving to rope climbs

Option 2 *1/2 distance legless rope climb.

Option 3 *Rope climb *Use legs on the rope.

Option 4 *Jump, wrap and stand. Then come down.

Option 5 *3 Lying pull to stands with rigid body.
