-30 foot handstand walk + a 0:05 hold or

5 handstand walks to wall, increasing distance from the wall + 0:05 Handstand Hold

-10 Handstand push-up negative, attempt a 0:05 lowering phase

-Double Kettlebell OH Walk + Lunge (walk for 30 feet, perform 6 lunges)
