Person 1: 150 meter Sandbag/weighted run

Person 2: AMRAP Knees to elbows

Person 3: AMRAP Push press


*After each athlete has gone through the 150 meter run, the Team Rests 1 minute before starting again.

*The group rotates when the person doing the 150 meter Sandbag/weighted run is finished.
