10 Handstand Push-Ups or Pike Push-Ups Off Box

15 Dumbbell Deadlifts

25 Double/single unders or double clap jumps

1:00 Rest between rounds



No Equipment (Partner or Solo Conditioning)

10 Rounds for time:

5 Pike Push-Ups on floor or standard push-ups

:30 or 30m Car push or 7 odd object deadlifts

25 Double clap jumps

1:00 Rest between rounds

*One Person does the round and then the next person goes,

if no partner rest as long as you work after each round.
