Partner 1: 15/12 cal Row or bike

Partner 2: 20 Kettlebell Swings

Partner 3: 14 DB Snatches


Rest 5 minutes


2nd 10 minutes:

Partner 1: 100ft carry with dumbbell and Kettlebell at side

Partner 2: Ring plank hold (High Plank)

Partner 3: Hang From the Pull-up bar
