Teams of 3:

100 Double unders

40 Kettlebell Swings

30 Box Jump overs


Score = Calorie Row


**1 athlete will be on the rower while the other 2 athletes complete a round above. Once the round is complete, an athlete will switch out with the rowing athlete and continue where the last athlete left off on the rower. The other two will start back to the top and complete another round. Rower can only start once the other two athletes start their round.

*Complete as many cals as possible in 25 minutes.
