Every 2:00 for 10 minutes (5 sets):

Set 1: 5 Back squats @ 70% of 1RM*

Set 2: 5 Back squats @ 70% of 1RM*

Set 3: 5 Back squats @ 72-73% of 1RM*

Set 4: 4 Back squats @ 72-73% of 1RM*

Set 5: 4 Back squats @ 72-73% of 1RM*


If you'd like to use a percentage as a guiding light for your squats, then you can use the percentages to the left.
