10/10 Half kneeling kettlebell/db press

0:30 Handstand hold against wall

25 Bradford press (bar, db, pvc)

25 Lying (facing up) band pull aparts

*For each of these use what you have available. If you do not have any bands consider something light for instance a can of beans and complete rear delt flies*
